Construction Specialist / CNC Operator at The Landings Association in Savannah, Georgia

Job Description:

The Landings Association is looking for someone with experience operating a CNC machine to join our team to help us create high-quality wayfinding and road signs while maintaining the communitys infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities: Operate a CNC machine to create way-finding signs for the community.
CNC Machine Operation(Preferred): Program, set up, and operate a CNC machine to create signage for the community.Finishing Touches: Apply finishes to signs to ensure theyre ready for installation.Machine Maintenance: Troubleshoot and maintain the CNC machine for efficient operations.
Secondary Responsibilities:When not in the woodshop, this position will work with the other members of the construction team on Road and Path maintenance and repair.
Operate heavy equipment, including pickup trucks, dump trucks, backhoes, and loaders.Assist with the repair asphalt and concrete surfaces as needed.Help clear roadways and storm drains of debris to ensure proper drainage of storm water and runoff.
