Amoskeag Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and progressive, nonprofit primary healthcare organization that had a 30th anniversary in 2023!Our team of healthcare professionals positively impacts the health, well-being and quality of life for those we serve providing comprehensive, integrated, affordable healthcare and education to patients. We utilize a team-based model including embedded Behavioral Health Clinicians as well as Case Managers, Care Coordinators and Community Health Workers.
The Covid 19 Resource Nurse assumes responsibility for all Covid related nurse visits (vaccinations, testing and patient education) at Amoskeag Health. They will triage all Covid related telephone calls and walk-in patients with covid medical questions/concerns. The Covid 19 Resource Nurse position also coordinates the flow of covid related patient communications regarding such things as labs, refills, dosages, changes, and instructions from providers.
