Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE As a Full Cycle Recruiter at HCAM, your influence will stretch beyond the typical – you’ll be a key player in driving our mission to offer unparalleled healthcare access. From crafting recruitment strategies to welcoming new talents aboard, your role is pivotal in molding a team that’s as passionate about healthcare as we are.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES The primary responsibilities of this position are:

• Developing and Implementing Recruitment Strategy:

o Craft a detailed recruitment plan considering current and future staffing needs.

o Analyze industry trends and adapt strategies to remain competitive in talent acquisition.

o Collaborate with department heads to understand specific job requirements and desired profiles.

• Sourcing Candidates:

o Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, professional networking sites, and specialized job boards.

o Conduct targeted outreach to passive candidates and build a talent pipeline for future needs.

• Building Relationships with External Partners:

o Foster long-term relationships with recruitment agencies, academic institutions, and professional groups.

o Organize and participate in recruitment events, workshops, and job fairs to promote the organization and attract talent.

• Screening, Interviewing, and Assessing Candidates:

o Conduct comprehensive screening to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

o Design and implement effective interview frameworks and techniques to assess candidates thoroughly.

o Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.

• Candidate Management and Experience:

o Deliver a consistently positive experience to all candidates, ensuring timely communication and constructive feedback.

o Negotiate employment terms and present competitive job offers.

o Address candidate inquiries and concerns throughout the recruitment process.

• Onboarding and New Hire Integration:

o Coordinate with HR Generalist and departmental teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding process.

o Monitor new hire satisfaction and adjustment to support long-term retention.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

o Track key recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvements.

o Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for senior management.

Education, Experience, Certifications and Licensures:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field OR have equivalent experience.

• Proven experience as a full cycle recruiter or similar role.

• Strong understanding of the entire recruitment process.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using HR software and candidate management systems.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, hands-on recruiting, and relationship-building skills. The Full Cycle Recruiter is instrumental in building a strong workforce that contributes to the company's success.

• Some travel may be required for this position, including but not limited to off-site locations.

• Strong computer literacy skills, specifically with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint (365).

• Organizational skills with the ability to meet a demanding workload.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

• Effective problem-solving skills with proven ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

• Must be able to uphold and comply with HCAM’s code of ethics and core values.
