We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Technology Services Manager to lead our IT service desk and manage the administration of our Microsoft environment. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day help desk operations, provide advanced support for complex technical issues, and ensure the seamless performance and security of platforms like Entra, Intune, and M365. 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT support, vendor management, and user administration, with a strong track record in Microsoft technology. Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support and Microsoft administration

Knowledge & Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Intune, M365, and related technologies

  • Proven experience in managing an IT help desk and providing exceptional user support

  • ITIL, CompTIA Security+, or relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred

  • Experience with VDI platforms and cloud technologies

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and deliver exceptional service with promptness and efficiency
