The award winning Grandover Resort & Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel is hiring for Course Services.
Course Service attendants play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of golf-related services and maintaining a positive experience for golfers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet golfers upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.Assist guests with loading and unloading golf bags, travel bags, and other items.Provide directions and accurate information about the golf course.Act as a starter when needed, ensuring timely and efficient group starts.Monitor pace of play during rounds and provide on-course guest services.Greet golfers at the conclusion of their round.clean golf clubs and carts.Account for all golf carts and guests at the end of the day.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist with tournament operations as directed.Maintain cleanliness of outside golf service areas (cart barn, driving range, etc.).Work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with the team.
