Job Description:

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is searching for a Quality Manager to join our collabrative team! The Quality Control Manager actively implements and oversees the Quality System management of plant. Coordinates with General Manager to assure that all other product quality requirements are being met.

Core Responsibilities


  • Plans and manages timely internal audits, ensuring effective response to all findings.

  • Conducts management review meetings.

  • Maintains full compliance of all aspects of the quality management systems.

  • Manages the corrective action process, including maintaining corrective action documents and monitoring execution of corrective actions.

  • Maintains and assures all controlled documents for the quality department are updated.

  • Maintains, updates and improves quality tracking system.

  • Manages the Process Change Request documents and monitors the implementation.

  • Actively manage Quality portion of product launches with New Model Launch Team.

  • Coordinate and organize documents needed for PPAP submission and per the QMS requirements  

  • Presents accurate and up-to-date quality data to ensure effective quality management. (3 Panels and Warranty Charts)

  • Ensure job instructions and support documents are created/updated for consistent quality.

  • Collaborates with quality and operations teams to ensure ongoing effectiveness of the quality management system.

  • Conduct weekly Quality meetings for all product lines.

  • Continually develop direct reports.

  • Ensure CARs are maintained, tracked to closure, and new implemented actions are trickled down through the APQP documents.

  • Ensure LPAs are conducted, completed, and followed up in timely manner.     

  • Maintain and oversee Visual Factory process (MES).

  • Performs floor audits with LPA software to ensure compliance with job instructions.

  • Assesses alignment of gaging and calibration activities with quality requirements. 

Job Qualifications


  • Able to use formulas, sorting and other basic features of MS Excel.

  • Able to draft and edit documents in MS Word.

  • Working knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 required.

  • Experience in quality field in manufacturing, perferably in automotive sector

  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to lead 8D teams

  • Able to mentor, teach, and coach team of direct reports (QEs, QTs, etc.)

  • Experience with Manufacturing Enterprise Systems (MES) a plus
