Job Description:

Senior Business Intelligence Analyst CARTI (Little Rock, AR):
Collect, validate, analyze, and report complex data used to monitor and optimize revenue cycle operational metrics and cash flow targets, and develop Business Intelligence (BI) technology and architecture, including data warehousing, ETL, reporting tools, and other methods of information delivery. Duties include: write complex SQL queries, develop dashboards, and design and develop reports; develop and implement new ETL processes; create and maintain documentation related to the BI infrastructure/requirements; design data models and visualization that meet project requirements; and solve complex business problems with functional, clinical, and claims data.

Additional duties include: identify areas of process improvement in analytical reporting, conduct data quality reviews, and provide recommendations on the implementation of new/revised operations; conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses; develop exception reporting and conduct drill down analysis to proactively identify specific variances in medical costs and utilization; conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analyses and interpret results for leadership and other stakeholders; document processes and develop succession plan for continual revenue cycle reporting and monitoring; consult with business customers in the use of analytical and reporting tools to develop effective clinical, cost, quality, and satisfaction outcomes; identify and communicate operational impact of analytical findings or decision support; engage in special programs to improve the data gathering and reporting processes; provide oversight for the content, format and production of regular and ad hoc reports; and participate in work groups and committees.

Requires a Bachelors degree in Analytics or a related field and 3 years of experience, including experience with Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate, Microsoft SSRS, SSIS, and SQL, Tableau, UI Path, and Python and R programming languages.
