ECS is seeking an AWS Foundation Support Engineer to work remote.
Salary Range: $125,000 - $130,000

Required Skills:
U.S. Citizenship is required per contract to obtain and maintain a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission clearance.
3+ years of experience in an AWS security role.
3+ years' experience creating CI/CD pipelines for solutions delivery using AWS services, and technologies along with AWS well-architected framework best practices
Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise AWS environments with focus on network, security & compliance services, central AWS logging, account creation, SCP policies, custom IAM roles, and development of security standards.

Knowledge, skills and abilities of the architecture, engineering, and services of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Knowledge, skills and abilities to manage Amazon Web Services security including but not limited to IAM profiles and access, S3 storage access, Key Management and Encryption.
Knowledge, skills and abilities to manage AMI images for Provisioning and Recovery in Amazon Web Services.
Knowledge, skills and abilities to manage AWS Storage (EBS, S3, etc.)
Knowledge, skills and abilities to manage AWS Networking (ELB's, Firewalls, Virtual Private Networks (VPC's), etc.
Knowledge, skills and abilities to automate the creation of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) infrastructures using industry standard tools such as CloudFormation, AWS Service Catalog, and GitLab.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems and issues in Amazon Web Services.
Communicate with designated SEC personnel by phone and email concerning the details of the issue, expected resolution, and root cause analysis.
Have the ability to research problems and contact and escalate issues with AWS or other third-party hardware/software providers.
Knowledge of a software development lifecycle that includes development, staging, and production
Experience building and securing a multi-account AWS infrastructure using AWS Organizations, AWS Control Tower, and AWS Landing Zones.
Experience with the native AWS management and governance tools.
Experience in developing least privilege IAM roles.
Knowledge, skills and abilities on Agile processes.
Skill in working with customers to understand their requirements and deliver superior solutions.
