Title: Facilities Manager



Location: Portsmouth, NH



Duration: 03+ Months (Contract to Permanent)




Resource's typical working day:

• 3 sites you will be expected to travel between (All within 5 mins of each other)
• Constructions on site at moment - checking in with constructions.
• Coordinating vendors
• Answering work orders
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.

Years of Experience needed: 5+ years



Level of Education: HS diploma



Systems/Software proficiencies: Proficient with Microsoft Office



Certifications/Licenses: License and trade experience preferred, not required



Top Must have Skills: Customer Service, Vendor Management, Contract Management, Reporting systems, Computer savvy



Top Nice to have Skills: previous 3rd party experience, License and trade experience preferred not required
