Manage all quality assurance and change control processes
Enforce site safety at all times
Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency
Develop and maintain business relationships with Joint Venture Partners, Owners, Business Manager, Architect/Engineers and subcontractors
Attend, manage, and write meeting minutes of the Joint Venture Executive Meetings
Provide organization, directions, and training of subordinate project team members
Possess working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, Owner Contract, subcontracts, purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, submittals, and all other project related documents
