Your Opportunity as a Talent & Workforce Diversity Intern


As an intern within ourTalent & Workforce Diversity function,you will work closely with our team on key strategies and initiatives that span across Talent Acquisition, Emerging Talent programming (which includes our Internship Program), Diversity Recruiting, Employee Development and Talent Development. You will have an opportunity to hone your recruiting, event planning, presentation, learning, organizational, creative-thinking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced and evolving environment.



Location: Orrville, OH



Work Arrangements: On-site, 30% on-site expectations



In this role you will:

• Support recruiting initiatives and tasks in support of full-time talent staffing needs across all functions, all locations, all levels.
  
  

• Assist with the planning and execution of events for our summer internship program
  
  

• Conduct research and collect data on key recruiting programs, initiatives and trends
  
  

• Participate in diversity recruiting related projects and events
  
  

• Review a core virtual program (New Hire Orientation) to update the branding and and make it more interactive to increase attendee participation
  
  

What we are looking for:

• A Sophomore or Junior standing in schoolwith requisite educational experience inHuman Resources, Communications, Business Administration or anotherrelevant field
  
  

• Awell-roundedskill setincludingstrong time-management, communication, teamwork skills, attention to detail, event planning skills, and professionalism in an HR environment as well as a passion for working with people
