Join a dynamic and growing GC, with over 50 years' experience building a variety of projects for public and private clients in the Carolinas. They work in Commercial, Municipal, Education, Healthcare, Military and Religious projects.
Your new role
As an Estimator, you must prepare cost estimates for construction projects for purposes of bidding on or determining the cost/price of a project; retain quality subcontractors; and complete accurate project take-offs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proficiency in estimating software.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Commitment to maintaining an in-office presence to ensure the integrity and precision of project estimates.
- Ability to work closely with others as this is a team of estimators.
- 5-8 years' experience in Construction
