UTHealth Houston's Cizik School of Nursing is hiring for a Project Manager to join their team of professionals. The PM will be responsible for overseeing grant processes, working closely with the Principal Investigator (PI), assisting the PI with all research processes, and more. Projects include a recently funded UG3 grant.
This position is funded by grants that comprise 50% or more of the funding. Continued employment in this position is contingent upon the availability of funding for this position. Your employment may end upon the cancellation or discontinuation of the project, program, or funding.

Certification/Skills:
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in project management, leadership and planning, administration, or related field.
Minimum Experience:
Five years experience in project management.
Physical Requirements:
Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
Security Sensitive:
This job class may contain positions that are security sensitive and thereby subject to the provisions of Texas Education Code § 51.215
Residency Requirement:
Employees must permanently reside and work in the State of Texas.
