What you will enjoy doing*


  • You will independently manage multiple small to mid-size projects simultaneously

  • You will also support new plant proposals as required

  • Additionally, you will evaluate alternatives and find solutions using a systematic approach, develops improvements and innovations to enhance project performance

  • You will know how to leverage the organization to achieve objectives, strategically positions project for short and long term goals

  • You will proactively engage present and future stakeholders in design, priority setting and implementation

  • Monitoring entire project execution life cycle for compliance with all applicable safety rules and regulations is part of your role

  • In this role, you will coordinate all work within the scope of assigned projects and ensures that objectives are met and within budget

  • Also, you will organize, plan and prioritize work of project team and self, as well as identify and mitigate risks associated with projects

  • Further, you will perform project engineering work as needed

  • You will manage and direct contractors during field installation as well as interface with key stakeholders including business, operations and customers

  • Clearly and effectively communicating and reporting project status to senior management and business leaders is part of your role

  • You are responsible for managing safety and quality programs related to projects and preparing detailed project plans and controls elements of the plan

  • In this role you will analyzes costs & benefits, then recommend solutions


What makes you great


  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline

  • Additionally, you have 8 or more years of experience in engineering or project management

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time is required for this role

  • Experience in Field Construction Management is required for this role

  • You have an in-depth understanding of construction contracting and contracts management as well as construction and commissioning safety

  • Experience in engineering, construction, commissioning or start-up of oxygen and nitrogen gas plants is a plus

  • PMP certification is a plus for this role

  • Position will be filled at a level commiserate with experience

Salary Pay Range: 106,575 USD - 184,730 USD
