This is a paid internship; however, the intern must provide their own housing and transportation. Business related transportation and expenses will be paid by the organization. This intern will work full-time through the summer of 2025. The internship is located out of our Mankato, MN, Lakeville, MN, or Sun Prairie, WI office location.

Position Overview:
The Marketing Intern will work with the Compeer segment marketing team, supporting all corresponding products and services. You will be exposed to multiple facets of marketing strategies and plan implementation, specifically related to the agricultural and rural lifestyle client portfolios.

Essential Functions:

• Assisting Marketing team with website analytics.


• Website content management. Gathering information to post on Compeer website.


• Digital advirtisting.

Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Working towards completing a Marketing or Ag Business degree.


• Strong interest in agriculture industry.


• Strong working knowledge of computers and software applications such as Excel and Word.


• Solid organizational, interpersonal, time management, written and oral communication skills required.


• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.


• Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.


• Proven ability to demonstrate solid judgment and flexibility and thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
