Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple high-priority retail technology projects.

Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a consultant mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple domains, including POS integration, labeling, and e-invoicing. This is a hands-on role with involvement in technical implementation and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Senior Project Manager will oversee the integration of various international Retail/IT projects


• Collaborate with internal PM for ramp-up and ongoing support


• Handle project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation


• Flexibly manage projects across different business areas as needed


• As a Senior Project Manager, you will communicate effectively with executives and technical teams to ensure alignment and project success


• Maintain a consultant mindset to adapt quickly to new challenges


• Smartsheets experience is a plus (can be learned on the job)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally with a background in consulting and working on international Retail, IT, and E-Commerce projects


• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools


• Knowledge of technical implementations, especially in retail or POS systems

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects, with flexibility to shift focus as needed


• Retail experience and knowledge of Smartsheets are a bonus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
