RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking a fully remote Lead QA Analyst to join their team.

Summary:
The Lead QA Analyst will be acting as the liaison/lead tester between teams that are working on integrations and will be focused on bridging the gap between teams supporting large initiatives. They will be partnering with multiple groups and assisting with communication between them, the workflows, performing testing, prioritization, documentation and will be responsible for recognizing and removing any dependencies. The Lead QA Analyst will be in part acting as a tester, but also a product/project manager, communicating to stakeholders, escalating blockers, and will need to be a natural problem solver.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience


• Experienced in end to end testing of software applications (extensive experience with integration testing)


• Strong ability to communicate with the business, stakeholders, product, engineering, etc.


• Broad technical knowledge (app dev, cloud, testing, product/agile, etc.)


• Ability to act as a project manager/product owner while being responsible for testing

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
