Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Tempe, AZ that is seeking an Accounting Specialist who will review reimbursement requests along with card administration tasks. They will also be opening some new card accounts but mainly working in travel and expense.

Summary:
The Accounting Specialist will work from a queue within system called REIMBURSE ME. They will work from oldest expense reports to newest. SLA is to get them completed within 5 days. Based on volume, the Accounting Specialist will know how many to complete each day in some cases around 50 a day. This role will only communicate with Internal contacts and may answer an email or 2 from a bank employee, but no customer contact is required with this role. The Accounting Specialist will be working with a team of 7 with 5 in this location and 2 in another.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
