RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Product & Pricing Engine Architect.

Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Integration Architect (Mortgage Product/Pricing) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mortgage industry workflows, particularly within capital markets and originations, and will be responsible for designing and implementing complex integration solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions using Event-Based Architecture (PPE) patterns; These solutions will be key in managing large, distributed systems within the mortgage industry


• Gain a deep understanding of the workflows associated with product setup, loan scenario searches, locking, pricing setup, and more; Use this knowledge to design integrations that enhance business processes and deliver measurable value


• Leverage your knowledge of pricing engine technology to integrate and optimize mortgage pricing solutions from a functional business and workflow perspective


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that all integration efforts are aligned with achieving business objectives and enhancing workflow efficiency


• Design and implement robust and scalable integration solutions across various platforms, ensuring seamless communication between different mortgage systems


• Work closely with product teams, developers, and other architects to ensure that integration solutions are effectively implemented and meet business requirements


• Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the mortgage industry, particularly those related to integration and capital markets, and apply this knowledge to continually improve our integration architecture

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred


• Minimum of 7-10+ years of experience in Mortgage Loan Origination System (LOS) and/or Point of Sale (POS) integration architecture, with a strong focus on large distributed systems, and event-based architecture


• Strong knowledge of integration technologies and frameworks, particularly in the context of mortgage pricing engine technology and related systems


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders


• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive business value; Must be more than just a technologist; Should possess a strong understanding of business workflows and their associated benefits


• Relevant certifications in integration architecture or related technologies are a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
