RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounting Consultant in Mount Dora, FL.

Key Tasks:

• Accounting Consultant will organize and clean up financial data to support decision-making for the business


• Generate reliable financial reports, reconciliations, and technical accounting documentation


• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and compliance measures


• Evaluate different lines of business to identify areas for improvement and cleanup


• As an Accounting Consultant, you will provide insights and recommendations based on financial analyses


• Collaborate with teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information


• Oversee the transition from Zoho Books to NetSuite and ensure smooth integration

REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive experience in financial accounting, particularly within service-oriented businesses


• Strong understanding of accounting operations and best practices


• Proficiency in generating financial reports and conducting reconciliations


• Familiarity with accounting systems, specifically Zoho Books, and knowledge of NetSuite is a plus


• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail


• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
