Job Summary
This role will primarily deal with building competence in the daily tasks of a IPS Engineering Specialist , with the intention of advancing to IPS Engineering Specialist within a reasonable amount of the time. The IPS Engineering Specialist is responsible for assisting planning engineers and leads in day-to-day tasks for IPS Cases, as well as communicating with sales force and/or surgeons.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
Learn and demonstrate the ability to assist in creation of images/graphics for IPS cases
Learn and demonstrate the ability to assist in creation of IPS reports for IPS Cases
Learn and demonstrate the ability to create measurements based on anatomy/plans created by planning engineers
Learn and demonstrate the ability to execute basic tasks using modeling software
Learn and demonstrate the ability to assist in preparation of data and files for IPS cases
Learn and demonstrate knowledge on clinical/surgical concepts
Learn and demonstrate knowledge on common IPS products and practices
Learn and demonstrate the ability to assist in communication with sales reps and surgeons regarding IPS cases
Learn and demonstrate the ability to provide immediate support for sales reps and surgeon questions regarding IPS cases
Qualifications
Educational and Experience Requirements
AA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
Experience working with oral and maxillofacial surgery products is helpful.
Experience working with 3D modeling software, graphics, and/or power use of software for reporting is helpful.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to retrieve and interpret documentation.
Ability to work in a team setting and independently under minimum supervision.
