DEPARTMENT | ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This position is part of our Retail Banking team, which serves as the primary service and sales delivery channel for the market in which it operates.
The Financial Center Manager oversees the growth and performance of the financial center. They are committed to helping the market achieve its sales and service goals. They focus on ensuring that the financial center operates optimally in the areas of risk management and operations. They support the Community President(s) in sales efforts and are responsible for ensuring that the financial center performs at an optimal level.
As a leader of their Financial Center, they set the example for their teams to follow.
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
Support the Community Presidents to achieve goals and objectives aligned with the vision and mission of the bank
Work with leadership to assure financial center budget goals are achieved
Represent the bank at various civic and community functions and events to increase the bank's visibility and develop new business
Collaborate with other departments – through referrals and other supporting efforts
Demonstrates effective sales strategies to attract, expand, and retain customer relationships and guides team to achieve sales objectives
Lead the charge to provide remarkable+ service to customer internally and externally
Motivate, inspire, and coach team members to do their best work and achieve individual goals
Regularly apply L.E.A.D principles when providing guidance and direction to direct reports and others
Analyze the state of the financial center to recognize when building maintenance is needed
Lead all operational updates that impact their financial center
Take the lead on financial center security education and address any issues that arise
Perform other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE | QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
3+ years' experience in retail banking or leadership positions
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Self-starter capable of prioritizing financial center needs
Leadership skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to meet sales and service expectations
Capable of assessing risk to make sound decisions
COMPUTER / SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Experience with Microsoft Suites products
