Summary/Objectives
At Hogan, we are driven by the core purpose of helping people and organizations succeed using data-driven talent insights. As a Consultant on the Talent Solutions team, you'll be directly responsible for representing the exceptional level of client interaction that has become synonymous with the Hogan name with a diverse set of clients on a variety of projects. These include needs analysis and solution design for assessment implementation and validation, leadership development, team alignment, and candidate selection. Hogan Consultants design and implement validated selection processes for all levels of employees across organizations and drive strategic self-awareness through leadership development assessments and talent development programs. Consultants are key in delivering projects, engaging in ongoing business development, and driving continuous value in client relationships. Consultants support Hogan's organizational objectives by identifying new opportunities to implement assessments and enhance client talent management programs.

This position routinely uses standard office equipment. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time remote position; typical hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed with approval. Employees must work 30 or more hours per week to maintain full-time status.
