Job Summary:

Serves as the first point of contact for all Human Resources (HR) customers. Provides a high level of customer service in response to HR questions and provides administrative support for various HR functions. The position will be hybrid and requires at least one day a week on site at Froedtert Hospital to provide site-based HR support services. Additional onsite requirements are based upon department needs.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience is highly preferred.

Bachelor's degree is required. In lieu of degree 4 years of human resources experience may be accepted. If experience is substituted for degree, then High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

Knowledge of personal computers and working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Accurate keyboarding skills required.

Ability to prioritize, organize, and pay close attention to detail.

Proficient in operating general office equipment: multi-line phone, fax machine, scanner, and copier.
