Job Description:

Position: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay Rate: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

Work Environment: 100% Onsite

Employment Type: Contract to HireKey Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding in Yardi.


• Perform weekly check runs and electronic payments to vendors.


• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.


• Maintain vendor files and assist with vendor inquiries.


• Assist in month-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and reporting.


• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.


• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar financial roles.


• Proficiency in Yardi software is required.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
