Essential Responsibilities: Supervise and ensure the safety, development, growth, and wellbeing of the students Engage, demonstrate, and participate with students during sport enrichment activities, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship Systematically plan and set up activities, drills, and scrimmages that provide growth opportunities for students to develop and enhance athletic and social-emotional skills Assist with the set up and break down of equipment for training sessions Attend monthly Professional Development Training Events to enhance professional learning and skills Support on-site team with all necessary responsibilities possibly including coaching, supervising, cleaning, and teaching Communicate feedback or areas of improvement to Program Coordinator and/or team leaders Qualifications: Passion for working with youth and making a positive impact in the community Fun, energetic, patient, and attentive personality Responsible, accountable, and reliable Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Prior experience working with students and/or children Sports background and experience preferred Physical ability to participate in sports activities such as running, jumping, and ability to lift up to 75 poundsAbility to pass a background check, physical, and/or proof of immunizations High school diploma, equivalent, or active enrollment in high school First Aid/CPR and additional training may be required or beneficial Are you age 18 or older?If you are under the age of 18, could you obtain and provide a valid work permit?Please select the position you are applying for (Select all that apply)Are you available for the associated shift according to the position you are interested in?
