RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage service operation and field labor including service support.
Provide ongoing technical support to field technicians
Perform quotes and order material for service work.
Provide support, as needed, in addressing and resolving escalated field performance issues
Provide support on service work ensuring proper work is completed
Lead service team to ensure positive employee and customer satisfaction
Ensure all activities involved in comply with established legislative laws and/or Company policies and procedures
Inventory and Equipment Management
REQUIREMENTS:
KNOWLEDGE
Equivalent experience in a related field of study such as electrical, refrigeration , plumbing systems, hydronics, and/or boiler systems.
Minimum 5 years troubleshooting experience with commercial HVACR equipment.
3 years minimum experience with commercial service management or 10 plus years of field experience in commercial service.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy
Previous experience in training/teaching required.
Commercial Boiler Systems experience a plus
SKILLS
Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present in front of groups.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
Ability to multitask.
High degree of technical and analytical skills.
Ability to work with various levels of people, customers or teams.
