Building Maintenance Tech at Lee Enterprises Inc in Munster, Indiana

Job Description:

The Times Media Company, a division of Lee Enterprises, has a full time building maintenance position available. The individual will oversee all indoor and outdoor building maintenance for our Munster, Indiana facility and occasionally at our Valparaiso, Indiana location.

Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning
• Routine maintenance
• Janitorial including basic plumbing and electrical
• Pickup and deliveries
• Grounds keeping including lawn care, snow removal and general outdoor repairs

Qualifications:

• Previous building maintenance experience needed
• Basic mechanical skills
• Must be proactive and have good organization skills
• Ability to work independently and also work with a variety of departments and personnel

Flexible schedule is needed to meet the needs of the business. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance and a good driving record.
