Client Support Services (CSS) is comprised of global service teams who are assigned to specific client (customer) accounts to handle claims and accounting matters arising under business placed on that client's behalf. The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for conducting comprehensive testing, analyzing root causes of issues found, and providing support to internal teams or clients when they are audited.

We will count on you to:



  • Conduct and meticulously document comprehensive testing of contract setup and transactions throughout the entire reinsurance post-placement servicing value chain to ensure they meet the highest quality standards

  • Identify and meticulously document any issues discovered during quality testing

  • Thoroughly analyze the identified issues to determine their root cause and devise appropriate corrective actions or process improvements

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure prompt completion of testing and timely resolution of any necessary corrective actions

  • Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of test cases, test results, and implemented corrective actions or process improvements.

  • Assist in the preparation of comprehensive reports summarizing findings and recommended corrective actions or process improvements

  • Coordinate and promptly respond to audit requests, whether internal or external, by actively collaborating with team members.

  • Provide support to clients in addressing IRS audit requests pertaining to Federal Excise Tax.

  • Assist stakeholders with inquires and requests related to Federal Excise Tax

  • Support stakeholders in driving enhancements to control measures.



What you need to have:



  • 4 Year College Degree (B.S. or B.A)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required

  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a high-performance team. Attention to detail in completing assigned tasks

  • Positive attitude, willingness to offer and execute ideas and solutions to enhance processes within a changing environment

  • Successful management of workload; able to manage expectations of all Clients and Stakeholders

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, delivering clear and concise messages and at all times

  • Able to challenge appropriately, supporting business cases with facts and information

  • Strong ability to quickly assess and offer effective solutions to problems efficiently

  • Ability to make sound judgements independently while knowing when to bring situations to the attention of Management

  • Able to engage and influence stakeholders in a professional manner

  • Consistently deliver superior service to stakeholders

  • Legal work authorization to work in the US on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.




What makes you stand out:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Organizational Management, Accounting, Business or Finance

  • Strong verbal and writing skills for complex communications (presentations, etc.) with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Previous experience in internal or external audit, compliance or risk management is a plus.

  • Previous knowledge of reinsurance and/or insurance concepts is a plus.


The applicable salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000.


The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401 savings and other retirement program as well as employee assistance programs.
