AAIS certified or trained is preferred, but not required, must have ISO knowledge and experience


The role is for a Personal Lines Insurance Rep to handle administrative and support functions that require working within the internal software system for home inspection reviews, data entry, mailings, filings and policy updates.


The role is due to a backlog created by some Brightcore SW issues that have been resolved and a medical leave.


Brightcore is the application used for underwriting information.


Onsite role- 4 days, can chose to work either Tuesday or Friday remotely


We're looking for a temp for 4-6 months + who is preferably a certified personal lines insurance professional for internal employees to support the property and casualty insurance offerings .


This is not a customer facing role but may have "some" advising and consultative approaches communicated to policy holders on occasion.


•Their team needs assistance with tasks in MA/ RI / FL that must be completed in house for letter generation inclusive of photos and data that require being handled in house with mailings being required using postage machines etc....


•Some projects involve reviewing home inspections data / reports and generating letters while researching policy data


•AAIS is helpful, but not required if ISO experience used for insurance policy and home inspection ratings. There is a particular project being handled for FL products (it can be taught)


•Highest amount of policies are in MA, RI, FL


•The consultant may communicate with the policy holders for information gathering tasks


•Core hours will be 8:00- 4:30 with some flexibility for half hour or so either way


•JR. or mid-level experienced is preferred, BUT if the right person is Sr. level and has what they are seeking then they will be considered at higher rates.
