Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Advanced proficiency in business applications, such as the Microsoft Office suite and Google suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets.


• Demonstrated knowledge of financial systems including Stanford University's Oracle financial systems; internet and computer literacy.


• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Strong communication skills, including the ability to prepare materials for and clearly and effectively communicate information to internal and external audiences and client groups.


• Demonstrated ability to contribute to part of a multi-functional team.


• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, independence, and self-motivation.


• Knowledge of databases, data extraction methods, and report presentation desired (tools Tableau, Smartsheet) and demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.


• Ability to work well with people of varying levels of authority and educational backgrounds and to elicit cooperation without direct authority to enable cooperative problem-solving.
