Description: Our Client Is currently Seeking A Project Manager For It's Facility Outside Of Fort Lauderdale, FL. Candidates Must Have Previous Manufacturing Experience



This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.


• Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.


• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.


• Oversee purchasing, operations, and materials management to support project goals.


• Implement and utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes and efficiency.


• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.


• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.


• Previous management experience is essential.


• Strong knowledge of purchasing, operations, and materials management.


• Lean Six Sigma certification is required.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work on-site and take a hands-on approach to project management.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
