Location: REMOTE

Salary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $75,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
Judge Direct Placement is actively seeking an outside sales representative to join our clients team.


This position will report to leadership in Atlanta, and will train on-site for the first two weeks prior to hitting the road.


The outside sales representative will be a remote employee, but the position comes with up to 75-80% travel to hunt and develop new business, while managing a stable book of clientele established by the company.


This position will manage sales for the HDD business unit, and candidates are highly preferred to have this experience. Other industries considered may include, Oil/Gas, Underground Utilities, Telecommunications, Construction, Environmental Remediation, Mining, Geothermal Energy, Marine Construction, Civil Engineering, & Agricultural Drainage



Position : Outside Sales Representative




Territory : Southeast




Industry : Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD)




Salary : $75,000 + 3-4k commission per month




Perks : Company Car (F-150), Expense Account, Autonomous Schedule to plan travel,




Duties and Responsibilities:



• Make personal sales calls at customer sites on a regular basis



• Seek out prospective customer/business opportunities with new and existing customers and travel overnight in pursuit of the same as necessary



• Establish and maintain customer relationships in order to grow profitable sales



• Stay current on existing and emerging products and technologies



• Introduce and demonstrate new products to assigned accounts



• Follow-up on generated quotations to assure that the customer is being serviced and that opportunities are fulfilled.



• Report competitive conditions feedback from customers to management



• Develop an effective and productive working relationship with Inside Sales Associates, Counter Sales Associates and support personnel



• Execute sales efforts in an ethical and professional manner, assuring a favorable impression of self and the company



• Maintain a professional/working image in self and work environment including vehicle




Qualifications:



• Commitment to and demonstration of high ethical standards governing professional behavior and interactions



• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills



• Developed knowledge of the industry within a given market



• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats, including sales presentations, demonstrated capability to develop strong interpersonal working relationships and work in a team environment



• Strong customer service orientation



• A valid driver's license and proven safe driving record




Physical Ability Requirements:



• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, including as a driver or passenger in an automobile



• Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods of time



• Ability to visit and move around at construction and other work sites, including the ability to maneuver in tight or small places




Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 50 lbs. and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 50 lbs.
