Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $140,000.00 USD Annually

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead Commercial Strategy: Drive the commercial strategy for data center projects, including contract negotiations, pricing, and risk management.


• 
  Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main contact for all commercial matters.


• 
  Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to create commercial proposals and pricing models.


• 
  Contract Review and Negotiation: Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and client needs.


• 
  Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying ways to improve and save costs.


• 
  Project Support: Provide commercial guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.


• 
  Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform strategy.


• 
  Reporting: Prepare and present reports, presentations, and financial analyses to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 
  Education: Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field.


• 
  Experience: 7-10 years in commercial management, especially in construction, real estate, or data center projects.


• 
  Skills:
  
  
  • Strong understanding of commercial principles, contract law, and risk management.
  
  
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  
  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling software.
  
  
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) is a plus.
  
  
  • Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and LEED accreditation is a plus.
