Senior Learning Designer


Assignment: 6-month W2 Contract, NO C2C (possible extension or conversion to full-time)


Location: Remote (EST)


Role Overview: The Senior Learning Designer is responsible for the design and development of learning content for our primary care clinical partners. This role involves creating enterprise learning solutions in collaboration with education leads and key stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, monitoring, and improving all learning program content for associates. This encompasses analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions.


Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design and development focused on adult learning/theory


• Minimum of 2 years of project leadership experience in a matrixed organization


• Proven ability to function in a dynamic and high-performing team culture


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including PowerPoint


• Experience with eLearning tools such as Adobe suite, Captivate, Articulate360, Vyond, WellSaidLabs, Camtasia, and similar authoring suites


• Must provide samples from learning design portfolio

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Learning and Performance, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Design, or a related field


• Certification in instructional design


• Experience designing learning for clinical or healthcare settings

Work at Home Statement: To ensure effective work from home or hybrid home/office environments, employees must have:

• A minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps; a wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection is recommended


• Employees residing and working from home in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will receive a bi-weekly payment for internet expenses
