This company provides accounting, financial, human resources, marketing and operations solutions to a family office and its entities! They are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their growing team.
Your new role
As the Senior Accountant you will be responsible for:
- Preparation of month and quarterly sales tax returns
- Fixed asset and depreciation accounting
- 1099 reporting
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Daily and monthly journal entries
- Project cost tracking and cash flow projections
- Tracking expenses across all entities
- Assist in any projects as needed
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA or on track for CPA is a PLUS
- Proven experience in accounting
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
- Awareness of business trends.
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
