The Opportunity:



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Administrator to lead the operational and financial management of our Cardiology and Vascular Surgery practices, located at four state-of-the-art facilities:


  • WHP Cardiology (Dover, Somersworth, and Portsmouth, NH)

  • WHP Vascular Surgery (Dover, NH)

As a key leader, you will work closely with the Director of Operations for the Mass General Brigham Medical Group (MGBMG), taking responsibility for overseeing daily operations, business development, budgeting, and quality initiatives across these practices. This role is vital to ensuring that patient care meets the highest standards while also achieving organizational goals in efficiency, financial performance, and patient satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the development and implementation of business plans, focusing on strategic growth, new programs, and operational excellence for Cardiology and Vascular Surgery practices.

  • Partner with providers, leadership, and marketing teams to promote practice growth, leveraging data-driven performance insights and strategic metrics.

  • Drive operational and financial performance by analyzing reports, developing plans to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and addressing budget variances.

  • Lead monthly performance reviews with providers, discussing financials, practice performance, and aligning initiatives with broader organizational goals.

  • Oversee the patient experience to ensure access to care and patient satisfaction meet or exceed MGBMG benchmarks.

  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure smooth and consistent practice operations.

  • Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment by building, leading, and retaining high-performing teams across multiple locations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is required (Master's degree preferred).


  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, project management, or financial management, with a strong understanding of medical office procedures, coding, and reimbursement practices.


  • 2+ years of direct practice management experience, with proven success managing diverse, multi-disciplinary teams. Specialty care experience is highly preferred.

  • Experience in multi-site, multi-team leadership is a plus.

  • Expertise in analyzing and synthesizing financial and operational reports to drive results.
