Schneider Electric USA, Inc. seeks a Supply Chain Planning - End to End Transformation Expert in Franklin, TN.

Job Description: Responsible for the Tools Process and People over the region on a specific scope. Act as Regional Expert on Kinaxis Planning Tool, Symmetry and MPP. Lead regional transformation securing that the knowledge, training and competency needed are in place and well adopted. Set and define S.M.A.R.T. Regional Targets from domain of responsibility. Secure that the right actions are in place for downstream and upstream performance improvement. Monitor targets and confirm achievability, providing support to the plants to create the action plan and pipeline. Assist the BU NAM SC Planning experts to secure deployments and adoption of the new tools, processes, and data management. Work in close collaboration with the different IT teams in charge of the digital tools developments and SME teams to provide clear specifications and prioritization. Define and executing the deployment roadmap across ETO Plants. Lead the NAM ETO Digital transformation by designing the IT Landscape with the different digital platforms. Lead and set the process across region following the Schneider Performance production system. Audit Schneider Performance System. Position requires 30% travel (5% international, 25% domestic) to ETO Cluster Manufacturing plants for process planning, trainings, and competency support. Position eligible for remote work up to 3 days per week.

Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Economics, or related field and experience (3 years with Bachelor's or 5 years with Associate's) in ETO (Engineered to Order) Supply, Demand, or Production Planning, or closely related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Master production planning based on Net demand plan, Capacity constraints (Material, Labor, Machines, Design) and Inventory planning; Material management parameters for MRP in SAP (Safety Stocks settings, ABC/FMR stocking policy, Lead-times and lost sizes management); Vendor forecasting translating production plan into material forecasts using planning and projects Bill of Material; Publishing Vendor Forecasts, obtaining acknowledgment, and managing gaps with suppliers; Planning execution and reporting digital tools (SAP, Kinaxis, One MM, OPM, data base knowledge, and Tableau); and Planning End2End Concepts.
