Sushi Chef wanted by Japanese restaurant in Los Angeles, CA. Reqs min. 2 yrs of exp as Sushi Chef, Japanese Chef, or Restaurant/Kitchen Manager. Must have deep knowl of Sushi & other Japanese dishes & their ingredients. Manage day-to-day operation of restaurant & inventory. Make sure the restaurant is always in compliance w/ food quality, hygiene, & health. Plan & create new & seasonal menus w/ the chefs. Hire new staff & provide training. Ensure the staff is following all sanitation & safety policies. Create schedules for all kitchen staff.
