Job Description:

We are currently seeking a full-time, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist in the Construction industry! The ideal candidate will be responisble for managing the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring accurte and timely payments to vendors and suppliers.



Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices in a timely manner


• Manage lien waivers


• Research any discrepancies


• Reconciliations of AP


• Some administrative needs as well

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of AP


• 5+ years of experience preferred


• Construction industry exp a plus


• CMiC software a plus


• Personable, team player, dependable and reliable
