Schedule:



M, T, Th and Friday -9:00am-5:00pm & Wednesdays 11am-7pm



Requirements:

• Active State Registered Nursing License-MA


• Bilingual Spanish


• At least 2-3 years of experience-does not have to have pediatrics experience.


• Ideal candidate desires: Okay with working with smaller/ busy practice.

Responsibilities:

• Assist providers with management of patient medical records in Athena, managing clinical

documents such as lab results and specialty notes

• Triage urgent patient calls and assist with scheduling same-day appointments


• Conduct follow-up phone calls for ED visits, hospitalizations, and surgeries


• Complete clinical documents such as Prior Authorizations and specialty referral paperwork


• Manage requests for durable medical equipment


• Follow up with patients on lab and radiology orders


• Assist patients with scheduling specialty appointments


• Assist pediatric healthcare providers and medical assistants in conducting patient assessments,

including gathering vital signs, height, weight, and medical history.

• Prepare examination rooms and medical equipment for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness,

organization, and availability of necessary supplies.
