Job Description:
Wal-Mart is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering in Bentonville, AR. Job duties incl but not limited to assisting in creation of simple, modular, extensible & functional dsgn for the product/solution in adherence to the req'mts. Bachelor's or the equiv in CS, comp eng'g, comp info. systs, or rel. fld + 5 yrs of exp in SW eng'g or rel. exp OR 7 yrs of exp in SW eng'g or rel. exp. Skills req'd incl but not limited to exp w/: mng'g eng'g proj's w/ multiple engrs of varying levels of exp; directing lrg-scale, complex, cross-functional proj's by reviewing proj docs, gathering requested info (dsgn doc., product req'mt, wireframe); updating stakeholders on status & issues; ensuring on-time delivery & hand-offs; troubleshooting open issues & bug-fix.
