EnVision Center/ConnectHome USA Specialist The Phillipsburg Housing Authority is looking for a highly motivated full-time EnVision Center/ConnectHome USA Specialist. The candidate must be an independent thinker, self-motivated, and a friendly personality to develop, plan, execute and administer educational/instructional programs based on PHA residents needs assessment & Coordinate programs with our Community Partners promoting the 4 pillars of the EnVision Center, Economic Empowerment, Health and Wellness, Educational Advancement, Character and Leadership. A Four-year college degree preferred or a minimum of five years of progressively responsible work experience for a public agency, or related work in the social service or community service field preferred. Must have the ability to interpret and apply regulations pertaining to the program. The candidates must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.
