Little Falls Public Schools K-8 District 2024-2025 School Year Payroll Manager/Accountant/Bookkeeper for Payroll and Accounts Receivable - Confidential 12 Month Full-Time Position K-8 school district with a $21 million budget Experience in payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank reconciliation & payroll quarterly reporting Excellent computer skills to navigate the purchase order system. Assist with budgeting for different programs Processes retirement request information Knowledge preparing the monthly Secretary's Report/Treasurer's Report Process bi-weekly payroll by collecting and reviewing all timesheets, entering and/or updating pay-period data, ensuring wages are appropriated to the respective accounts, prepare payroll summary report, remit direct deposit transmission, review payroll registers for accuracy, print and distribute payroll checks or direct deposit pay-stubs Prepares and maintains all payroll records; make all salary changes, deductions, etc Process, reconciles and issues W-2 Forms to staff and timely file with State and Federal agencies Process and issue 1095c to staff and timely file with State and Federal agencies Maintains analysis of all receipts and disbursements within the district accounts for the auditor Process Agency payments each payroll and monthly. Coordinates with Human Resources in the processing of new employees and maternity leaves Unemployment - payments, field calls and monitor staff documentation. Pension enrollment Student Activity - QuickBooks knowledge Experience with Payroll, Excel, and SYSTEMS3000 preferred.
