Chief Financial Officer-Healthcare-East Bay (California)



About the company:



This is a nonprofit organization dedicated to affordable healthcare. We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team and drive our financial operations.



Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.


• Develop financial strategies to align with organizational goals and ensure asset safety.


• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports; ensure regulatory compliance.


• Lead the Finance Department, supervising a team of 15 staff members.


• Collaborate with the Board of Directors and Finance Committee on financial planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFO or equivalent role in a nonprofit setting.


• Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and reporting in nonprofit or healthcare environments.


• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a finance team.

Location: 100% onsite in the East Bay (California)



Salary: $200-$235,000 annually
