Reputable litigation defense firm in West Los Angeles is seeking an experienced calendaring clerk with a minimum of two years of experience. Litigation defense firm requirements

• Previous docketing or calendaring experience (court appearances, depositions, trial dates, filing dates, conferences etc).


• Maintaining multiple attorney calendars.


• Scheduling depositions, hearings, court dates.


• Communicating with opposing counsel, court clerks, and vendors.


• Deadline driven, attention to detail, and can multi-task.


• This firm uses Law Tool Box (will train)


• 2 years of experience minimum.

Comensation: $60K-$70K DOE
