Job Description:

Large class action defense firm in DTLA is seeking a senior Litigation Paralegal to join their team. Senior Litigation Paralegal will lead, supervise, and train the paralegal team and manage their own complex litigation cases from inception through trial. This is busy defense firm that is seeking a leader to come in, hit the ground running with minimal training, and take the lead on trials.



Lead Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Civil litigation support for case teams handling multiple lawsuits


• E-filing legal documents for state and federal courts


• Manage your own complex litigation caseload


• Calendar management


• Document processing requests for file maintenance and organization


• Document production management, E-discovery experience is a plus!


• Bate stamp and organization of exhibits


• Record and store client information


• Trial preparation and support


• Discovery


• Legal research
