Assistant Property Manager 2904


Responsible for:


  • Inspect properties for curb appeal, cleanliness, and safety.

  • Choosing vendors and negotiating prices for all vendor services. Handling disputes, maintenance repairs, and lease renewals.

  • Traffic, activity, and availability reports are reviewed daily.

  • Assist with rent collection and revenue review.

  • Assume responsibility if the property manager is absent.

  • Develop marketing plans, including advertisements, curb appeal, signage, banners, and models, to ensure resident retention.

  • Build effective relationships with coworkers, supervisors, residents, and the general public. Participate in company training and report general liability, workers' compensation, and asset loss claims accurately and timely. Respect applicable lease and occupancy laws.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and pursue personal development for individuals seeking apartment availability.

  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by the Property Manager, Asset Manager, COO, CFO, or Owner.



Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience


  • Minimum one year (1 year) of property management experience.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.

  • A comprehensive understanding of accounting, arithmetic, and financial statements. Microsoft Office and Yardi proficiency

  • Mon-Friday 8 am-5 pm
