Job Description:

Highly respected non-profit law firm has an immediate need for an Executive Assistant in their Los Angeles office. The ideal Executive Assistant will have at least 5 years of experience supporting managing partners or C-Suite executives in a law firm, a keen eye for detail, and ability to juggle multiple projects.


The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the Director's calendar (coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, etc.), preparing presentations, managing multiple projects, coordinating the flow of information and updates on projects, liaising between managers, Board of Directors, and outside vendors, an providing overall high-level administrative support to the Director.

Compensation Range: $70k - $80k depending on experience.
