Job Description:

Established organization is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team! Pay range: $26-28/hr.



Responsibilities:

• Administering employee onboarding/offboarding


• Managing recruitment and interviewing processes


• Handling employee relations and conflict resolution


• Assisting with performance management and evaluations


• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations


• Coordinating employee training and development programs


• Processing payroll and managing benefits administration


• Maintaining employee records and HR databases


• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures


• Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field


• 2-5 years of HR experience (recruiting, benefits, employee relations)


• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations


• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP)


• Conflict resolution and employee relations experience


• Performance management and training coordination


• Payroll and benefits administration experience


• HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
